Data Center World Global Conference Announces NVIDIA VP Marc Hamilton to Deliver Keynote Address

Event Takes Place April 14-17, 2025 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Data Center World, the leading global conference for data center IT infrastructure, mission-critical facilities management, new power designs and solutions, emerging construction practices, and the innovative tools and technologies needed to become an AI factory, today announced that Marc Hamilton, Vice President of Solutions Architecture and Engineering at NVIDIA, will deliver a keynote on the topic of “Data Centers at Scale in the Age of Accelerated Computing” on April 15. The event takes place April 14-17, 2025, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. Data Center World is AFCOM’s annual gathering of IT and data center professionals. Register to attend here.

Hamilton will explore how NVIDIA is tackling the challenge of power resourcing with innovative approaches, including digital twin technology built on the NVIDIA Omniverse platform. This powerful tool enables comprehensive modeling of data center infrastructure, from cooling systems to resource allocation, helping operators optimize designs, reduce energy consumption, and bring data centers online in weeks rather than years.

Hamilton will also discuss how the NVIDIA Omniverse platform connects and visualizes simulation data in real time to enhance data centers with greater operational efficiency through holistic energy management. Attendees will learn how scalable design and precise planning have made it possible to set up high-performance centers in days, as well as how these innovations support the faster, more efficient deployment needed to meet AI-driven market demands. Hamilton will also share advancements in rack-level supercomputing, designed to optimize energy use and processing power across next-gen facilities.

“The rise of AI is reshaping the data center landscape, creating a demand for faster, more energy-efficient facilities capable of supporting 100,000 GPUs or more. This keynote presentation from Marc will deliver insights on how NVIDIA’s strategic focus on accelerated computing and holistic energy solutions is driving the data center industry toward unprecedented efficiency, speed and sustainability. We look forward to welcoming him to the event,” said Bill Kleyman, Data Center & Technology Executive, CEO and Co-Founder, Apolo.us, Data Center World Program Chair and Data Center Knowledge Contributing Editor.
