Five Leading Female eDiscovery Professionals Join Forces with Hilgers Graben

Rose Hunter Jones, former eDiscovery global practice group leader, joins firm with her team of veteran attorneys

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hilgers Graben, the nation’s largest certified women-owned law firm, is pleased to announce the arrival of global eDiscovery practice group head, Rose Hunter Jones, who brings with her four other senior eDiscovery counsel including partners Nicole Bass and Katherine Webb Rich, as well as senior counsel Lindsey Brady and Meredith Perlman.

All five women are joining Hilgers Graben from King & Spalding.

Under Ms. Jones’ leadership, King & Spalding’s eDiscovery team received a Tier 1 ranking for Legal 500 eDiscovery practice. Her team has represented 63 U.S. and 16 global Fortune 500 ranked companies. A recognized thought leader in the discovery industry, Ms. Jones has been at the forefront of guiding clients through the complexities of Generative AI, particularly in areas of capability, security, scalability and alignment.

Ms. Bass has experience handling high-profile matters involving the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. With deep expertise in litigation technology, she has successfully managed complex class actions in both state and federal courts nationwide.

Ms. Rich specializes in managing complex eDiscovery issues and representing clients in government investigations and product liability cases. She has handled matters involving agencies and departments such as the Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice and the California Air Resources Board.

Ms. Brady, whose discovery practice focuses on defensible preservation strategies, has represented clients from the healthcare and financial services industries in cases against the EPA, DOJ, SEC and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, FINRA.

Ms. Perlman joins Hilgers Graben with nearly two decades of experience in complex discovery issues, representing clients in connection with regulatory investigations, commercial, antitrust, pharmaceutical and product liability litigation.

Earlier this year, Hilgers Graben received certification from the National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) making it the largest women-owned law firm in the nation.
