Bloomreach Announces Another Successful Completion of ISO Recertifications

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bloomreach, the platform fueling limitless ecommerce personalization, today announced the successful completion of its renewal of its ISO Certifications, including the recently updated ISO 27001:2022, which ensure organizations meet international standards for products, services, and processes.

To maintain ISO compliance, Bloomreach underwent an extensive company-wide surveillance audit. This included a review of the company’s information security management systems (ISMS), quality management systems, cloud technologies, business continuity processes, information technology controls, global operations, and governance, risk, and compliance activities. Bloomreach’s foundational belief is to prioritize the goal of exceeding our customer’s expectations, and to build trust with our customers through third party security assurances such as ISO.
