ISG Announces 2024 ISG Paragon Awards™ Winners for EMEA

Program recognizes innovative approaches to leveraging technology, AI and new operating models for business success

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Information Services Group (ISG) (Nasdaq: III), a leading global technology research and advisory firm, has announced the winners of the 2024 ISG Paragon Awards™ for EMEA, which celebrate the use of new approaches and technologies, including AI, in sourcing industry partnerships.

More than 80 applications were submitted for the annual EMEA program by more than 35 solution, technology or service providers or capability centers. Winners in each category were selected by an independent expert panel of judges and announced at an ISG Sourcing Industry Awards gala dinner on Tuesday, November 19, at the Fairmont Windsor Park in London.

The winners of the 2024 EMEA awards are:

Excellence: Outstanding delivery by a service provider
Winner: Infosys with British Telecom

Innovation: Imagination and entrepreneurial spirit in helping organizations future-proof their businesses and better serve clients
Winner: Whatfix with Sophos

Transformation: Successful transformation of an organization or key business function
Winner: LTIMindtree with Scania CV AB

Workplace of the Future: Client and employee experience and productivity beyond technology
Winner: Microland with Clifford Chance
