University of Phoenix Launches New Career-Focused Skill Pathways in Leadership and Management

Innovative online modules designed to enhance leadership skills and help drive organizational success

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In celebration of International Leadership Week, November 18-22, University of Phoenix is pleased to announce the launch of new career-focused skill pathways in leadership and management through its Professional Development Skills Center. According to the Coursera Global Skill Report of 2024, “leadership and social influence” ranks as the 9th highest in-demand core skill, with nearly 40% of organizations considering it essential to their workforce. Furthermore, 53.1% of organizations believe its importance is increasing, making it the 4th highest priority for skill training and a key component in reskilling and upskilling strategies from 2023 to 2027.
