Select Torqeedo Electric Outboards Available Through U.S. Yamaha Outboard Dealerships

KENNESAW, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Yamaha and Torqeedo recently announced select Torqeedo electric outboards are available for purchase at full-line Yamaha dealerships, effective Nov. 6, 2024. Initial models available in dealerships include:

  • Travel Ultralight (UL) models for kayaks
  • Travel models in the 2-to-5 horsepower-equivalent range
  • Cruise models in the 9.9-to-25 horsepower-equivalent range

Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. acquired all shares of Torqeedo in early 2024 to bolster its electric propulsion offerings and support the company’s multi-technology approach to carbon neutrality in its product line.
