Mouser Electronics Welcomes Eric Wendt as Vice President of Supplier Management for Passives and Industrial Automation

DALLAS & FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mouser Electronics, Inc., the authorized global distributor with the newest electronic components and industrial automation products, today announced the appointment of Eric Wendt to Vice President of Supplier Management. In this leadership role, Wendt will oversee Mouser's large group of suppliers across the passive and industrial automation product categories.

Wendt has extensive experience in the IP&E and Industrial Automation arena. He managed many of the passive product lines at DigiKey before creating and bringing the Industrial Automation business unit to prominence. In his past efforts he founded a highly successful contract manufacturing company specializing in wire harnesses and control panels, as well as running one of the most profitable branches for the former Kent Electronics. His first experience was in the technical arena starting and managing a business that specialized in quick turn computer repair.
