With over 25 years of experience in developing, selling, and marketing customer databases, CRM, and CX solutions, he’s a passionate advocate for exceptional customer experiences. Wrede has held senior roles at Emburse, Xactly, SAP, Cisco, and IBM. His diverse expertise and leadership will play a pivotal role in advancing UserTesting’s mission to be the world’s leading human insights platform for innovators transforming customer experiences.
