Allstate Announces Preferred Dividends Payable on Oct. 15, 2024

NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allstate declared approximately $29.3 million in aggregate dividends on three series of preferred stock for the dividend period from July 15, 2024, through Oct. 14, 2024. All the preferred dividends are payable in cash on Oct. 15, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 30, 2024, as follows:
