Link Logistics Announces Appointment of New General Counsel and Chief People Officer

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Link Logistics (“Link” or the “Company”), a leading operator of last-mile logistics real estate, today announced the appointment of two key executives to its leadership team: Shannon Jensen as executive vice president and general counsel, effective September 1, 2024, and Bridgette Moore as chief people officer, effective September 4, 2024. Reporting directly to Link Logistics chief executive officer Luke J. Petherbridge, Ms. Jensen and Ms. Moore will play critical roles in supporting the Company’s next phase of growth and reinforcing its commitment to excellence and innovation.

As executive vice president, general counsel, Ms. Jensen will oversee all legal matters for Link Logistics, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, litigation and insurance matters. Ms. Jensen joins Link Logistics from Realty Income Corporation where she served as senior vice president, associate general counsel and acted as lead attorney on the company’s strategic initiatives, explored growth opportunities within new markets and internationally, managed a large legal team that handled acquisitions, leasing, financings, developments and the corporate functions of the company, and served as a member of the risk committee. She draws on more than 20 years of experience as an attorney and has an extensive record of leading large legal teams in complex transactions to grow multibillion-dollar portfolios. Ms. Jensen earned her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School and Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Utah.

In her role as chief people officer, Ms. Moore will lead all aspects of Link Logistics’ people strategy, including talent acquisition, employee development and organizational culture. With a proven track record of over 20 years of experience leading teams in dynamic environments, Ms. Moore has driven business performance through human resources strategies across a variety of industries. She joins Link Logistics from Scorpion where she served as chief people officer and was responsible for developing the organization’s people strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion efforts. Ms. Moore holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Michigan.
