The total number of Ordinary Shares of EUR 0.32 each in issue as at the date of this notice is 722,501,600. As at 30th August 2024, the Company holds 41,115,068 Treasury Shares.

The total number of voting rights is, therefore, 681,386,532.

The above figure, 681,386,532, may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CRH plc under the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
