Federman & Sherwood Investigates Ongoing Operations and FedComp for Data Breach

OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Ongoing Operations and FedComp with respect to their recent data breach. On or about November 26, 2023, Ongoing Operations’ network experienced an unauthorized cybersecurity incident. Upon discovery, Ongoing Operations immediately launched an investigation into the incident. After reviewing the impacted data gathered during the investigation, Ongoing Operations determined that certain individuals’ sensitive and personal information was accessed. Ongoing Operations provides hosting for FedComp’s core data processing services to software used by multiple credit unions.
