Relation Insurance Services Acquires Carolina Heritage Insurance, Inc.

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”) acquired the assets of Carolina Heritage Insurance, Inc. (“Carolina Heritage”). The transaction went into effect on August 1, 2024; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
