Black & Veatch Closes on the Sale of Company’s Public Carrier Wireless Telecommunications Infrastructure Business to Subsidiary of Dycom Industries, Inc.

OVERLAND PARK, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global infrastructure provider Black & Veatch announced today the strategic sale of its public carrier wireless telecommunications infrastructure business to Ansco & Associates, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dycom Industries, Inc.

Black & Veatch will continue to maintain wireline and fiber connectivity, private wireless telecom networks and grid modernization solutions requiring wireless technology, as part of its critical infrastructure portfolio of solutions.
