Peter Miraglia Joins Alliant Insurance Services as Executive Vice President, Alliant M&A

Insurance industry veteran of 34 years will grow Alliant M&A nationwide

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Peter Miraglia has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Executive Vice President, Alliant Specialty, within the company’s Mergers & Acquisitions vertical. Miraglia brings more than three decades of insurance industry experience with specialized expertise in private equity transactions. Based in New York, Miraglia joins Alliant to expand the nationwide footprint of Alliant M&A.

Prior to joining Alliant, Miraglia established and grew the M&A group at a major brokerage firm, serving in a chief operating officer capacity. At Alliant, he will focus on insurance due diligence and deliver property and casualty and management liability solutions for all facets of private equity deals. Throughout his career, Miraglia has worked on several thousand M&A and PE transactions, guiding buyers through complicated risk management challenges and offering tailored insurance solutions.

Miraglia served in the U.S. Air Force and began his insurance career in aviation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in aeronautics, aviation and aerospace science and technology from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York.
