Respected legal guide recognizes work of four from Houston litigation firm

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Three attorneys from the Houston-based litigation boutique Bissinger, Oshman, Williams & Strasburger LLP are recognized in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.

Name partners David Bissinger, Jason Williams and John Strasburger were named to the prestigious list for their commercial litigation work. Mr. Strasburger earned additional recognition among the nation’s top bankruptcy litigation and mass tort/class action defense attorneys.

Additionally, associate Ross Smith was recognized in the companion Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch legal guide for his corporate law practice.

Recognized for a fifth time in commercial litigation, Mr. Williams' practice focuses on energy, corporate fiduciary, securities and construction litigation, and he also has experience in mergers and acquisitions litigation.

Recognized each year since 2013 for his commercial, bankruptcy and mass tort/class action defense litigation work, Mr. Strasburger has unique experience in complex commercial disputes involving private equity, trade secrets and employment covenants and trading and supply-contract matters.
