Federman & Sherwood Investigates Student Transportation of America for Data Breach

OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Student Transportation of America (“STA”) with respect to their recent data breach. On January 24, 2024, STA became aware of an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. STA immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized party accessed certain individuals’ sensitive information on STA’s network. On August 8, 2024, STA began sending out notices to potentially impacted customers.
