Vanta Named to the 2024 Forbes Cloud 100 for Second Consecutive Year

Leading trust management platform ranks #81 for record-breaking year of business momentum and product innovation

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vanta, the leading trust management platform, announced it has earned the #81 spot in the Forbes 2024 Cloud 100 list, published by Forbes in partnership with Bessemer Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures.

"Our increasing momentum in the last year underscores how crucial trust management has become both for managing risk and driving growth,” said Christinva Cacioppo, CEO, Vanta. "Since the beginning, we’ve been helping businesses accelerate their growth, first by automating compliance in 2018 to transforming security from point-in-time certifications to continuous real-time trust today. The continued recognition from Forbes is a reflection of the universal need for trust management to displace manual processes and antiquated GRC tools.”

Vanta’s recognition in the Forbes 2024 Cloud 100 list is the latest highlight in a year of remarkable growth. In just five years since its launch, Vanta reached $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), making it one of the fastest companies to achieve this milestone. The company also nearly doubled its global customer base, now serving over 8,000 companies, including larger enterprises like Atlassian, Omni Hotels, Miro, and ZoomInfo. Vanta has also increased its international customer base, now with one in four Vanta customers headquartered outside of the U.S.

Last month, Vanta announced its $150 million Series C funding round at $2.45 billion valuation. The round was led by Sequoia Capital, in addition to new investors Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, J.P. Morgan and existing investors Atlassian Ventures, Craft Ventures, CrowdStrike Ventures, HubSpot Ventures, Workday Ventures and Y Combinator.

Vanta has also continued to innovate on its leading trust management platform by adding hundreds of new products and features, including Vanta AI-powered Questionnaire Automation and Trust Centers, an enterprise's first line of defense to proactively demonstrate their security and compliance posture to prospects and customers. Recently, Vanta announced a new Center for Internet Security® (CIS®) Critical Security Controls® framework and advanced security workflows via the Vanta API to help security teams build and maintain a strong security posture, protect sensitive data, and reduce business risk.

In addition to Forbes Cloud 100, Vanta has been recognized across a range of rankings and awards in the past year including Fast Company’s Most Innovative, Fortune Cyber 60 and Inc. Best Workplaces.
