A member of the Investment Management Group working from Seward & Kissel’s Washington, D.C. office, Jennings is a key member of the firm’s industry-leading regulatory practice. Jennings previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable James C. Turk, Senior United States District Judge for the Western District of Virginia. He holds a B.A. from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a J.D. from University of North Carolina School of Law.
