OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into United of Omaha Life Insurance Company (“United of Omaha”) with respect to their recent data breach. On or around April 23, 2024, United of Omaha became aware of an unauthorized cybersecurity incident. United of Omaha immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation was completed on June 28, 2024, it concluded that the unauthorized party may have accessed certain individuals’ sensitive information. The type of information potentially exposed includes: full name, demographic information (such as address and date of birth), driver’s license number, health insurance policy number, Social Security number, employment information, and limited health information.
