Thompson Street Capital Partners Portfolio Company PestCo Holdings Acquires United Pest Solutions

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of the assets of United Pest Solutions, Inc. (United) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers and a TSCP portfolio company. Founded in 1960, United has been providing pest control services in the Seattle area for more than 60 years. With the backing of PestCo’s team and resources, United is positioned for future growth while continuing to provide high-quality service to customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
