Federman & Sherwood Investigates Florida Community Health Centers for Data Breach

OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Florida Community Health Centers with respect to their recent data breach. On June 13, 2023, Florida Community Health Centers discovered that its computer network had been affected by a ransomware incident that allowed a third-party user potential access to personal information. Florida Community Health Centers launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation was completed by April 11, 2024, and notices were issued to those affected. The information possibly exposed may include Social Security numbers, financial information, medical information, health insurance information and dates of birth.
