DLA, LLC Appoints Eleonora Tinoco as Accounting Advisory Technical Managing Director

FAIRFIELD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DLA proudly announces the appointment of Eleonora Tinoco as a new Managing Director in its Accounting Advisory division. This strategic hire marks a significant addition to DLA's leadership team, strengthening its commitment to providing premier advisory services that set new standards of professional excellence and client service.

In this role, Eleonora will be responsible for the oversight and strategic management in several complex financial accounting areas, including embedded derivatives and the bifurcation of convertible securities, stock-based compensation, fair value measurements, impairment analysis of goodwill and other intangibles, and purchase price allocations related to business combinations. Her leadership will help ensure that DLA maintains the highest standards of accuracy, transparency, and compliance in financial reporting and advisory services.

Prior to joining DLA, Eleonora held several leadership positions at Marshall & Stevens, CohnReznick, BDO, and Deloitte where she directed financial valuation and consulting initiatives, managed and executed complex financial analyses, and led strategic initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, and business transformations. Eleonora has contributed extensively to industry publications as a prolific thought leader and delivered key insights at major conferences, influencing best practices in financial reporting standards and valuation techniques.
