ARLINGTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Phillip Maxwell of Davidson Bogel Real Estate represented Direct Edge with its first acquisition and location in Texas. Direct Edge is a marketing leader in innovation, printing production and logistics, that currently offices and operates in both California and Colorado.

211 Osler in Arlington is a new building perfectly located off Highway 360. Direct Edge will occupy roughly 10,000 SF and has retained Davidson Bogel Real Estate to lease out the remaining units, 6,120 SF and 5,610 SF, respectively.
