Superior Plus Announces Departure of Curtis Philippon

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Superior Plus Corp. (“Superior” or “the company”) (TSX: SPB) announced today that Curtis Philippon, Executive Vice President, Superior Plus and President, Certarus has decided to leave Superior to take a CEO role at a public company in a different segment of the energy industry. Over the next two months, Curtis will be available as necessary to support the leadership transition of our Certarus business. Our deep and experienced team at Certarus remains well-positioned for success and continues to focus on execution and growing the CNG, RNG and hydrogen businesses.

The board and management team extend their gratitude to Curtis for his contributions and dedicated service to Superior over the past year since the acquisition of Certarus.
