Federman & Sherwood Investigates Designed Receivable Solutions, Inc. (“DRSI”) for Data Breach

OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Designed Receivable Solutions, Inc. (“DRSI”) with respect to their recent data breach. On January 22, 2024, DRSI detected suspicious activity in its network environment. Upon learning this, DRSI began a time-consuming and detailed reconstruction and review of the data stored on the server at the time of this incident to understand whose information was affected. On March 13, 2024, DRSI identified persons whose sensitive data was included within the impacted data. The following data was potentially accessed and acquired by a person not authorized to view them: name, address, date of birth, and Social Security number.

Since being made aware of the incident the evening of June 25, 2024, we immediately began an investigation to determine if any Affirm consumer information had been compromised, and we are continuing to look into this.
