DLA Welcomes Frank Lazzara as a Partner of its Forensic Accounting, Valuation and Litigation Support Group

FAIRFIELD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DLA is excited to announce the appointment of Frank Lazzara as Partner in its Forensic Accounting, Valuation and Litigation Support practice. Frank’s appointment furthers DLA’s strategic direction to expand their dispute and litigation support capabilities.

Lazzara brings over 30 years of diverse professional experience in forensic accounting, financial reporting, financial operations consulting, private industry, public accounting, and internal audit to the firm. Throughout his distinguished career, including key roles as a Managing Director with FTI, a telecommunications CFO, and an auditor with PwC and Goldman Sachs, he has spearheaded high-stakes financial investigations, successfully navigated complex M&A transaction disputes, and delivered compelling expert witness testimony in Federal, Bankruptcy, and State court matters.

He is active on the speaking circuit, where he presents on critical topics such as accounting and financial reporting fundamentals for attorneys, third-party risk assessment, M&A post-closing dispute resolution, and ad hoc arbitration.
