KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to Summerhill Residential 2024-1 DAC

DUBLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KBRA Europe (KBRA) assigns preliminary ratings to seven classes of notes issued by Summerhill Residential 2024-1 DAC. The transaction is a static RMBS securitisation backed by seasoned performing and reperforming mortgage loans. The underlying collateral consists of a €227.1 million mixed portfolio of seasoned first lien performing and re-performing mortgages that are secured by majority owner occupied (96.2%) and buy-to-let (3.8%) properties located in Ireland. The portfolio includes mortgages originated by four Irish originators, Irish Nationwide Building Society (40.9%, INBS), Bank of Scotland plc (37.3%), Start Mortgages DAC (19.1%, Start) and Nua Mortgages Limited (2.7%, Nua).

The portfolio will be serviced by Pepper Finance Corporation (Ireland) DAC.
