Federman & Sherwood Investigates My Daily Choice, Inc. for Data Breach

OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into My Daily Choice, Inc. with respect to their recent data breach. On or around February 15, 2024, My Daily Choice, Inc. became aware of suspicious activity occurring within a third-party hosted environment in which it stores company data. My Daily Choice, Inc. promptly began an investigation soon after to confirm the full nature and scope of the activity. The investigation determined that an unauthorized actor accessed, copied, and attempted to delete files stored within the third-party hosted environment on or about February 15, 2024 that included the following personal information: individuals name, Social Security number and payment card information.
