Federman & Sherwood Investigates Family Health Center for Data Breach

OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Family Health Center with respect to their recent data breach. On January 25, 2024, Family Health Center experienced a network disruption that impacted the functionality and access of certain systems. Upon discovery of this incident, Family Health Center immediately disconnected all access to the network and conducted an investigation to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that some Family Health Center files that contained personal sensitive information were accessed by an unauthorized actor. The following information was involved: individuals' name, address, health insurance information and Social Security number.
