Intero Real Estate Professionals Named in 2024 RealTrends Verified Rankings

109 Agents and Teams Were Honored on the Prestigious RealTrends Verified and The Thousand

CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Intero, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc., is pleased to announce recognition of 82 individual agents and 27 teams who made the 2024 RealTrends Verified rankings.

The annual reports are a state-by-state ranking of the top 1.5% of real estate professionals in the country (RealTrends Verified, the only agent and team ranking survey that requires verification) and a summary of the top 1,000 independent real estate agents and teams in the United States (RealTrends Verified + Tom Ferry The Thousand).

For The Thousand, the Tse Group (#3) made the top 250 Large Teams by Sales Volume and two teams from the brokerage—the Troyer Group (#25), and the GAEA Team (franchise) (#54)—made the top 250 Medium Teams by Sales Volume. Three individual agents also made the top 250 by Sales Volume: Joe Velasco (#169), Eric Fischer-Colbrie (#182), and Jordan Mott (#225).
