Governor Proclaims June 3 UL Solutions Day in Illinois

The proclamation recognizes UL Solutions’ accomplishments as a global leader in applied safety science, with extensive expertise in safety, security and sustainability.

NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UL Solutions (NYSE: ULS), a global leader in applied safety science, has been honored with a proclamation declaring June 3 UL Solutions Day in Illinois.

The proclamation, signed by Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker, reads, in part, that “UL Solutions was founded in the city of Chicago in 1894 and for 130 years has worked for a safer world through its vast testing, inspection and certification operations.”

The proclamation also recognizes that the company serves “as a trusted science-based safety, security and sustainability partner” to customers around the world.
