SW Graduate School of Banking at SMU Cox 2024 On-Campus Session Set for May 28–June 7

Jeffrey R. Schmid, president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City to provide commencement address on June 7, 2024, at 1 p.m.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The SW Graduate School of Banking (SWGSB) at SMU Cox 2024 session will be May 28–June 7, on the Southern Methodist University campus in Dallas. Emerging leaders and experienced financial professionals—including regional presidents, commercial loan officers, branch managers, credit analysts, cashiers, mortgage lenders, consumer lenders, operations officers, and state and federal regulators—gather each summer for this nine-day leadership development program that propels careers in the financial services industry.

Jeffrey R. Schmid, a graduate and former president and CEO of SWGSB and president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, will provide the address at a graduation ceremony on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 1 p.m. Schmid leads a workforce of 2,000 people located in offices in Kansas City, Denver, Oklahoma City, and Omaha, and provides an essential leadership role in monetary policy.
