Federman & Sherwood Investigates WebTPA Employer Services, LLC for Data Breach

OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into WebTPA Employer Services, LLC with respect to their recent data breach. On December 28, 2023, WebTPA Employer Services, LLC detected evidence of suspicious activity on its network. Upon detecting the incident, WebTPA Employer Services, LLC promptly initiated measures to mitigate the threat, secure its network, and launched an investigation. The investigation concluded that the unauthorized actor may have accessed and/or obtained personal information between April 18 and April 23, 2023.
