“As we stand to lose progress for women working throughout the technology sector, it’s vital that we recognize the practices and applaud the organizations that are making meaningful impact to create inclusive cultures where women in tech can contribute, grow and thrive,” said Cydni Tetro, WTC founder. “By recognizing the programs and policies that create real impact, this list is intended to give companies and teams a blueprint of ways to help support and accelerate women working in tech while still working towards a company’s goals and objectives.”

The Shatter List was developed as part of the WTC’s diversity and inclusion program, to help build, recognize and amplify high-performing organizations. Named to the Shatter List again this year, Domo’s scores stood out in what WTC identifies as key areas that showcase a company’s commitment to equity, inclusion and diversity including:

  • Executive engagement (active support from the CEO, executive team and all leadership),
  • Company programming (currently has women in leadership executive positions and proactively implements programs to support women in technology),
  • Community investment (active participation with the broader community to learn from and share best practices regarding culture and inclusion), and
  • Women’s or DE&I group (formal programs to support women internally).

“Domo has exceptional leaders championing technology, AI, strategy and culture, and it’s because we continue to prioritize attracting and advancing diversity,” said Madison McCord, CHRO, Domo. “We’re proud to be recognized by WTC as a company where women can pursue meaningful careers in tech and will continue to champion more diversity and inclusion in leadership across our industry.”
