Guardian Expands Leadership Team By Hiring Dave White, Senior Vice President of Acquisitions

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Guardian, a leading real estate development, management, and investment firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dave White as the company's new Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. White’s strategic vision and leadership will play a pivotal role in leading Guardian's acquisition activities, developing and refining Guardian's value-added investment strategies, and leading Guardian's expansion into new markets.

White began his career in accounting, working at the international firm KPMG before transitioning into real estate acquisitions. Over the past two decades White has held key roles at Prudential Real Estate Advisors and Pacific Urban Investors. Widely considered to be one of the top real estate executives in the western United States, he has demonstrated experience in sourcing, negotiating and executing multifamily transactions across various markets, as well as leading successful growth initiatives. Dave holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Indiana State University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Berkley.
