Jodi Rosensaft Joins Alliant Insurance Services, Brings Representations & Warranties Leadership and Expertise to M&A Practice

Rosensaft has 20 years of expertise in advising clients on complex M&A transactions

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jodi Rosensaft has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Managing Director, Advisory Leader – Representation & Warranties Insurance, Alliant Specialty, in the company’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) vertical. Based in New York, Rosensaft will advise clients globally on representation and warranties (R&W) insurance and other strategies to de‑risk M&A transactions.

Rosensaft has worked on complex M&A transactions for over 20 years, both as a seasoned M&A lawyer and more recently as an insurance broker focusing on transactional risk. Prior to Alliant, Rosensaft served as Transactional Risk Chief Strategy Officer for North America for an international insurance brokerage firm. Before joining the insurance industry, she was a practicing M&A/corporate and securities attorney with a major law firm in New York.
