CALGARY, Alberta--()--Mud, rock, ice, permafrost or mountainous forests: the toughest terrain and harshest conditions are no match for TrackGrip attachments. So it’s fitting that the brand has secured Todd Hoffman - reality star and creator of Discovery Channel’s “Hoffman Family Gold” - as brand ambassador, along with his father Jack Hoffman and foreman Andy Spinks.

As miners, Todd Hoffman and his crew use TrackGrip’s range of durable and patented excavator and tracked vehicle attachments to increase traction in some of the most intense terrain in the world, from icy slopes to dense mud, helping get the job done safely and effectively.

“We run the TrackGrips on our 50 and 65-tonne machines and they’re amazing,” says Hoffman. “They save money, time, and keep us safe. I was really impressed at the ease of being able to put them on and take them off. Normally, welding lugs onto the track can take days, but TrackGrips can be installed in about 30 minutes. This means huge savings and impact on productivity.”

TrackGrips are suitable for 1-100-tonne machines, and offer an improved solution to cleats, grousers, or ice lugs. TrackGrip excavator attachments are designed with sideways protection to prevent sliding. No welding is required and once installed they are designed to last in all conditions.

“We are super excited and honoured to have Todd and Jack Hoffman and Andy Spinks from ‘Hoffman Family Gold’ as our North American Ambassadors for TrackGrip,” says Sonia Kiser, CEO, Carac International Ltd. “They will be using our TrackGrip product range to improve their efficiencies and productivity as well as make their working environment much safer for everyone. This group is known for facing some of the most intense terrain and we can’t wait for our product to be put to the test in front of the world.”

As brand ambassadors, Hoffman and crew will help educate a wider network of industry connections and promote the TrackGrip product range across North America, cutting down the time and investment needed to grow the company’s existing market share. TrackGrip already has over 400 dealer locations across North America, including Finning Cat, and the Hoffman collaboration will shape the future of the business both in the USA and internationally.
