46th Annual Event Will Be Hosted by Joanna Coles on May 9th in New York City

Father’s Day/Mother’s Day Council Officially Recognized as 501(c)(3) Nonprofit

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The 46th Annual Outstanding Mother Awards will honor four influential leaders across beauty, retail, business and medicine on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at The Pierre Hotel in New York City. The National Mother’s Day Committee celebrates these women for their inspiring dedication to their families, careers and communities. Proceeds from this year’s luncheon will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, a mentoring network that develops positive relationships that have a lasting impact on the lives of young people, and Boys Hope Girls Hope New York, which provides personalized academic support and wraparound services to break the cycle of poverty and empower young scholars.

The National Mother’s Day Committee is an entity of the Father’s Day/Mother’s Day Council, which has recently been recognized as a 501(c)(3) charity, meaning all donations to the organization are now tax exempt and comply with the IRS taxable donation requirements.
