Gary Pestana Joins Alliant Insurance Services as Managing Director in Real Estate Specialty

30+ year insurance industry veteran serves real estate owners, operators and developers nationwide

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gary Pestana has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Managing Director, Alliant Specialty, within the company’s Real Estate & Hospitality specialty vertical. Based in Charlotte, NC, Pestana provides strategic risk management services to real estate owners, operators and developers nationwide.

Pestana has 30+ years’ experience in designing risk management programs for public and private real estate companies. Experienced in environmental, property, liability and construction insurance, Pestana’s insurance career originated in engineering and environmental consulting.
