(NYSE: GRBK), the third largest homebuilder in Dallas-Fort Worth, announced today its newest development in Huffman, Texas. This is Trophy Signature Homes’ debut in the Houston market.

Riviera Pines is an exciting new residential community in a prime location just south of the Grand Parkway, providing direct access to destinations such as South Woodlands, Exxon Mobil HQ, and more. With a combined total of 920 residential lots, Meritage Homes and Trophy Signature Homes will offer one- and two-story single-family homes on three lot sizes – 40’, 45’ and 50’.
