Brown Brothers Harriman Adds Wealth Management and Multi-Family Office Team in Houston

These key hires expand BBH’s capabilities and expertise in the region and reflect the growth of the business

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH) is pleased to announce the expansion of its Wealth Management and Multi-Family Office team in Houston with the hiring of Matthew Summers and Matthew Moncrief. These key hires demonstrate the firm’s deep commitment to Houston and Texas, its private business owners, families, and local endowments, foundations, and non-profit institutions. The expansion of the team also reflects the growth of the BBH business in Houston and across the state.

Both Matthew Summers and Matthew Moncrief have joined as Managing Directors on the Relationship Management team. In their roles, they serve as trusted advisors to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families for their investing, wealth planning, and banking needs. Additionally, both have significant experience working with business owners, foundations, and endowments. Matt and Matt continue their 12-year partnership at BBH, bringing extensive experience in wealth advisory to the firm. Prior to joining BBH, both were Client Advisors at Hightower Advisors and before that, Salient Partners.
