DoiT Appoints Jake Kaldenbaugh as VP of Corporate Development and Investments

Accomplished corporate development veteran joins cloud leader DoiT to drive strategic inorganic growth

In this new role, Kaldenbaugh will help drive DoiT’s next stage of growth in cloud management by creating and executing strategic acquisition and investment strategies.

With over 20 years of strategic leadership experience driving growth and innovation for enterprise technology companies, Kaldenbaugh will be responsible for strategizing, sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and executing M&A opportunities to enable DoiT’s inorganic growth strategy. In his career thus far, Kaldenbaugh has spearheaded over $10 billion in strategic expansions across M&A, partnerships, investments and global expansion initiatives for companies like Accenture, CA Technologies, Borland Software and as a sell-side investment banker. Kaldenbaugh has extensive domain experience in the cloud infrastructure and management markets as well as strategically adjacent spaces that will accelerate DoiT’s expansion, including DevOps and platform engineering, data infrastructure and cybersecurity.

He has also held technology investment banking leadership roles at GrowthPoint Technology Partners, Volpe, Brown, Whelan & Co. and Arthur Andersen LLP. He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and a former member of the San Francisco and Los Angeles Societies of Financial Analysts.
