Prior to joining DLA, Andrew served as Director at CrossCountry Consulting LLC in New York, where his contributions spanned a wide spectrum of client service and engagement management. His adeptness in handling complex transactions, technical accounting standards, and IPO readiness assessments greatly bolstered client success and satisfaction. Andrew's leadership was instrumental in driving the growth of the Accounting Advisory practice, marked by strategic business development efforts and the delivery of exceptional client service.

Before his tenure at CrossCountry Consulting LLC, Andrew held pivotal roles at Ernst & Young LLP, where he honed his expertise in financial accounting and advisory services. As a Senior Manager, he led multifaceted engagements supporting Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries, navigating intricate SEC reporting challenges and transaction accounting complexities with precision and finesse.
