Forbes Names Alliant Insurance Services One of America’s Best Employers for 2024

Independent survey by Forbes and Statista, Inc. places Alliant among the nation’s top large employers

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alliant Insurance Services has been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Large Employers. This recognition places the firm among the nation’s top companies in terms of employee satisfaction. The survey is conducted annually by Forbes and Statista, Inc.

“Alliant is proud to be home to the industry’s top talent, and we strive daily to create an environment where our employees can achieve optimum success in their career journey,” said Tom Corbett, Chairman and CEO of Alliant. “In the past year, we have achieved considerable growth across all facets of our organization while remaining true to our culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.”

With $4.2 billion in revenue and $37 billion in premium, Alliant is among the nation’s largest and fastest-growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms. The company, which employs more than 12,000 people in North America, is currently in the midst of a significant expansion fueled by organic growth, strategic acquisitions, and the recruitment of top talent in insurance brokerage, employee benefits, underwriting, and direct-to-consumer programs.

Alliant was also recognized by Forbes as one of Americas Best Employers for Diversity in 2023.

Forbes and Statista selected the best employers for 2024 through an independent survey, which was taken by a wide cross-section of U.S. workers in companies with more than 5,000 employees. Across 25 industry sectors, 600 large employers were recognized. The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees who were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family.
