Moving Executive Scott O’Neill Joins JK Moving as Vice President, Global Business Development

STERLING, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Long-time moving executive Scott O’Neill has joined JK Moving Services, the nation’s largest independently owned and operated moving company, as vice president, Global Business Development. O’Neill reports directly to JK President David Cox.

As vice president, Global Business Development, O’Neill is responsible for delivering on growth strategies that align with JK’s goals and core values. Working in collaboration with JK’s commercial division as well as JK sister company CapRelo, a global employee relocation and assignment management firm serving corporate and public sector clients, he will build market share in household moves while navigating industry trends.

Prior to JK Moving, O’Neill worked for Suddath Companies in a variety of roles, most recently as senior vice president, business development, for the company’s moving and relocation divisions. Before Suddath, he served as vice president, business development, at Swartz Moving and United Van Lines. As an industry leader, O’Neill co-founded and served as a board member of the Portland Relocation Council, which provides industry professionals and the corporate community with educational and networking opportunities. He has a degree in business from Oregon State University.
