Dynamic Announces Brian Paplaski as Chief Financial Officer and Further Additions to the Executive Team

MENASHA, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dynamic Renewables (“Dynamic” or the “Company”), a full-service developer, owner, and operator of waste management and renewable fuel projects across the U.S., announced today that Brian Paplaski, CPA has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), effective February 5, 2024. Mr. Paplaski brings extensive experience and a demonstrated track record to Dynamic and will lead the Company’s corporate finance functions.

Mr. Paplaski has a long history of bringing financial rigor to successfully build businesses, having held numerous CFO positions throughout his career. Most recently, Mr. Paplaski was CFO at Certasite, a leading commercial fire protection and safety company backed by private equity firm Riverside Partners, and was previously CFO at Kinetrex Energy (“Kinetrex”), a supplier of liquefied natural gas (“LNG”) and renewable natural gas (“RNG”) which was acquired by Kinder Morgan in 2021. Brian earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University.

The Company also announced further additions to the executive team, including Tina Turro as VP of Administration and Nick Soncrant as VP of Business Development. Most recently, Tina was Chief Administration Officer at Direct Connect Logistix, a leading third-party logistics company, and Nick was Head of Business Development at Antora Energy, an energy storage start-up helping heavy industries navigate the energy transition. Tina will lead the Human Resources, Safety, and Compliance divisions at Dynamic, while Nick will head the Company’s Business Development and Marketing efforts. Both Tina and Nick held executive positions alongside CEO Aaron Johnson at Kinetrex.
