With twenty years of extensive experience in the healthcare operations field, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.
Jessica has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills in her previous positions, overseeing large networks of over 10,000 multi-specialty providers across multiple states. Her impressive track record includes managing the care of over 6 million lives and overseeing operations across five lines of business.
Jessica’s expertise extends to various aspects of healthcare operations, including risk adjustment, coding, and compliance with STARS measures. Her strategic insights and commitment to excellence have consistently driven improvements in provider satisfaction, operational efficiency, and patient care quality.

Jessica has held leadership roles at Health Network One, Managed Healthcare Partners, Coral Reef Medical Research Group, and Vivant Pharmaceuticals, excelling in every position she has undertaken. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Services and a Master of Science in Health Service Administration from Barry University in North Miami.
