FluentStream Celebrates 2023 Revenue and Partner Growth

UCaaS provider to focus on product innovation, customer and partner success in 2024

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FluentStream, the cloud communications provider for small and midsize organizations, is celebrating another year of growth and is poised for continued momentum this year. In 2023, the company executed its largest strategic partnership, achieved double-digit, year-over-year revenue growth and more than 20% growth in partnerships, and FluentStream was named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America for the sixth consecutive year, an accomplishment realized by less than 3% of companies. FluentStream’s progress is fueled by its accomplishments in the past 12 months, many of which have further strengthened its ability to support its customers and partners.

FluentStream provides essential business communication services such as calling, conferencing and text messaging, in addition to more than 100 features, enabling small and midsize companies to customize their communication preferences based on their unique needs. In 2023, FluentStream made its services even more accessible to customers by launching FluentStream Admin and FluentStream Mobile, two apps that provide business owners and their employees greater efficiency and control of their communication services and enable them to stay connected from anywhere.

FluentStream also established strategic partnerships with SkyComm Connect and Tele-Dynamics and rolled out a new online portal that gives partners greater visibility and resources to better support each step of the customer journey. To oversee its partner engagement efforts, Marissa Barcza joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Success. FluentStream also welcomed Ray Lieu as Vice President of Engineering, who oversees product development and software engineering.

Additionally, the company launched the FluentStream Franchise Program, offering customers concierge-style benefits to ease the complexity of expanding a business. FluentStream supports several franchises from Homewatch CareGivers and Allstate to H&R Block and Molly Maid. All customers have access to FluentStream’s award-winning 24/7, US-based support that ensures customers have the support they need when they need it.

For its efforts to provide its customers and partners with premium unified communications services and support, FluentStream was recognized with 14 industry awards, including Product of the Year and Voice Technology Excellence by Customer Magazine, ChannelVision’s Visionary Spotlight Award for Channel Program of the Year and Customer Service Department of the Year in the Best in Biz Awards. The company also won the 2023 Stevie® Award for Great Employers and was named an Inc. Power Partner for the second consecutive year.

“2023 was a year of tremendous progress toward our strategic objectives,” said Cass Gilmore, CEO, FluentStream. “We achieved our growth goals, delivered new features and programs that enhanced our value proposition for customers and partners, and implemented internal improvements for employee satisfaction. We are proud of the strides we made last year, and we’re excited by the goals we’ve set for 2024.”

This year, FluentStream plans to increase its investment in generative AI to help SMBs further optimize their customer experience and related expenses. The company also plans to continue to execute its aggressive growth strategy and maintain its focus on customer acquisition and support.
