Otterbourg Adds Ron Brody as Head of the Firm’s Leveraged Finance Practice

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Otterbourg P.C. is pleased to announce the arrival of Ron Brody as the head of the firm’s Leveraged Finance Practice Group.

Mr. Brody is a nationally recognized high-yield securities lawyer with a broad range of corporate, transactional and finance experience. His clients include leading investment banks, private equity funds and public and private companies.

“Ron’s arrival is part of the Firm’s focus on growing our leveraged finance practice and will enhance our already strong presence in this area,” said Richard L. Mr. Brody comes to Otterbourg from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where he served as co-head of the bank and leveraged finance group. Prior to joining Pillsbury, he was a partner at White & Case, where he co-headed the leveraged finance practice for over 13 years.
